Young Boy Dancing Group, Feet

27.11–20.12.2025

Experimental dance collective YOUNG BOY DANCING GROUP was initiated in 2014 as a mercurial performance group. Their site-specific live work is characterised by intense and genre-defying physical performances that blur the lines between dance, sculpture and ritual. Their work has been described as “immersive studies in physical intensity, sensuality, and extreme absurdity” by Spike Magazine. They have notably performed at Schinkel Pavilion, Berlin (2025); BUoY, Tokyo (2025); Acs, Seoul (2025); Eaton, Hong Kong (2025); Pioneer Works, New York City, NY (2024); Art Basel, Basel (2024); Performance Space New York, New York City, NY (2024), Kim?, Riga (2024); Rhizome, New York City, NY (2024); Dover Street Market, Paris (2024); Silencio, Paris (2024); Mendes Wood DM, Sao Paulo (2023); O’Flaherty’s, New York City, NY (2023); Nikolaj Kunsthal, Copenhagen (2023); Icelandic Art Center, Reykjavik (2023); Art Hub, Copenhagen (2023); Perrrformat, Zürich (2021); Disappearing Berlin at Schinkel Pavilion, Berlin (2021); BOFFO, New York City, NY (2019); OCDChinatown, New York City, NY (2019); Ceremonia, Mexico City (2019); Nave, Santiago (2019); UV estudios, Buenos Aires (2018); Baltic Triannial, Tallinn (2018); Athens Biennale, Athens (2018); Creepy Teepee, Kutná Hora (2018); Kammer Spiele, Munich (2017); Kunstraum, London (2017); Yvonne Lambert, Berlin (2017); Roskilde Music Festival (2017); Lithuanian Pavilion, La Biennale di Venezia, Venice (2015).
